Flemming Dyremose CEO, Co-Founder
Flemming Dyremose has 40 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Country Manager, Parke-Davis Denmark, Marketing Manager Lederle, American Cyanamide, sales manager Schering AG and Product manager Bristol-Myers. Flemming Dyremose has broad experience in various fields of pharma business such as Administration, Marketing & sales, regulatory and Business Development. As owner of Koncept business development, he was responsible for consultancy assignments for more than 50 different companies in areas such as Business Development, company acquisition, regulatory, clinical development, marketing & sales and structuring and set up of new companies.
Wesley Holland MD, CMO, Co-Founder
Wesley Holland MD is a board certified Radiologist with 30 years of experience. He is currently practicing medicine in Florida. He has a B.A. in Chemistry.His pharmaceutical history consists of working in clinical development of Erectile Dysfunction pharmaceuticals over the past 7 years. His business ventures include being a director and officer of two publicly traded companies, one in precious metals mining and the other company owning an ED pharmaceutical. Dr. Holland is also a consultant for Singular Medical Technologies.
Mikael Thomsen CSO, CDO, Global Development
Mikael Thomsen has over 25 years of experience in the pharma and biotech industry and worked within different major pharmaceutical companies including Novartis Pharma, Switzerland, Novo Nordisk, Denmark as well as at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He is co-founder of numerous international biotech companies.
He is an experienced Clinical Pharmacologist and has had roles as Head of Clinical Pharmacology, VP Development, Chief Development Officer and Chief Scientific Officer, where he managed departments organizing all the activities leading a drug from late Discovery through clinical development. He has been involved in several product filings as well as interactions with authorities from EMA, FDA and MHLW (Japan). Mikael Thomsen has two M. Sc. degrees (Pharmacy and Human Biology; from University of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Copenhagen and University of Copenhagen, Medical Faculty) and has a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology (University of Copenhagen and FDA site, Arkansas, US) and a degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM, Basel, Switzerland). He is a member of several pharmaceutical societies and has authored or co-authored more than 50 publications/abstracts related to early drug development as well as being the co-author of several patents.
Susan Holland, MSW, US Development
Susan Holland joined AmDen in 2018 as a marketing representative for US development. She earned her Master’s degree from Rutgers University and has over 20 years of experience in long term care. She has worked as a regional consultant for National Healthcare Corporation and as an Assisted Living facility administrator.
Janet Pinho, Marketing/Business Development
Janet Pinho has been head of business development and marketing for AmDen since 2018. Janet has worked in many clinical settings including hospitals and long term care facilities.
